Nicole Ortiz is a young entrepreneur, who is also a student at the HCC Culinary Arts Institute. In this conversation, we learned about CRAVE, her new business, a food truck with a plant forward menu, focused on using local ingredients, and exploring different culinary influences.

Nicole is having a Crave Pop-up at HCC Culinary Arts Institute on February 23rd, to test some of the items that will be available on the menu, and allow people to try the culinary proposal by Crave, and support this young entrepreneur.
