Como parte del festival musical de verano MillpondLive en Easthampton, MA, Laudable Productions nos brindó una de las más intensas noches de fiesta, música y baile, con la presentación de la banda mexicana Son Rompe Pera.

Esta banda combina cumbia, rock, ska y punk, de forma explosiva, que se traduce en música que obliga a bailar y disfrutarse. Después de su fantástica presentación en MillpondLive, conversamos con Jesús Gama y Raúl Albarrán sobre la experiencia vivida y sobre el trabajo de Son Rompe Pera.

Coincidencialmente, esta entrevista al igual que la presentación de la banda, ocurrió la noche en la que se celebra la independencia de México, el 16 de septiembre de 2022.

As part of the summer concert series of MillpondLive in Easthampton, MA, Laudable Productions gave us one of the most intense nights of partying, music and dancing, with the performance of the Mexican band Son Rompe Pera.

This band combines cumbia, rock, ska and punk, in an explosive way, which translates into music that compels you to dance and enjoy yourself. After their fantastic presentation at MillpondLive, we spoke with Jesús Gama and Raúl Albarrán about their experience and about the current work of Son Rompe Pera.

Coincidentally, this interview, like the band’s presentation, occurred on the night that Mexico’s independence is celebrated, on September 16, 2022.
