The Victory Theater Storefronts

The morning of June 23rd, 2017, the storefronts of the Victory Theater became the center of attention and were visible and exposed for the first time in decades. Radioplasma was there and we got to talk with Kathy McKean, Managing Director of the Massachusetts International Festival of the Arts (MIFA).
