Sgt. Wilmer E. Puello-Mota, is a candidate for Holyoke City Council at-large. After serving his country in the Air Force, now Puello wants to serve as City Councilor, and we had a conversation about the issues that are important for him to pursue a seat at-large.

We discussed the two middle schools, safety, democracy, and how he is planning to work at City Council, should he be elected.
