We welcome community leader, Israel Rivera, “Izzy”, as we know him in the community. He is a candidate for Holyoke City Council At-Large, and we talked about the reasons for him to run in this Municipal Election, bringing a wide view of the different scenarios the city of Holyoke has, and his life experiences that can contribute to a better understanding of different matters in the policies and decision making in local government.
