Grant applicants for local arts, cultural, educational, events, activities, and ideas, have until October 15th, 2018 to apply for a grant at the Holyoke Local Cultural Council.

The Holyoke Local Cultural Council encourages individuals and organizations to apply for financial support through its annual grant program which is part of a statewide grant program administered by the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

On this episode, co-hosted by our teen host, Shayleena Figueroa, we had a conversation with Holyoke Local Cultural Council members, Anne Thalheimer, and Mark Dunlap. We visited them at their Drop-in session held at the Holyoke Senior Center, to talk about the $35, 600 grant for the fiscal year 2019, ways for applicants to submit their proposals, and listed some of the grant recipients, to give an idea of all the innovative projects being supported locally.
